My experience at ESA Hotel Have to stay for 10 days for business trip. Hotel only provided 2 cleaning services. Have to ask for every single items for the room. Good location.

My experience Hotel was clean. Took a minute for staff to recognize that I was there. Room was fine though.

You get what you pay for... Curtain was broken, phone was dirty and disgusting. The breakfast was almost non-existent ! They messed up the room reservations and were unable to provide the correct type of rooms.

Breakfast not so much, but nice stay Not sure I would call that a continental breakfast. nice place if you are planning to stay for a while or need something cheap.

Older "Motel" Style Hotel This is an extended stay type facility, but it's a former motel that has been updated. Still maintains exterior walkways and exterior door entry to each room. Small kitchen efficiency with a dual cooktop, small microwave and refrigerator. No utensils, no pots, no pans, no plates of any kind. Therefore, there is no way to actually use the kitchenette. Hotel room was clean and the price for a Northern Virginia hotel in the $75/night range is superb. Overall, room was reasonable and not extravagant.

Clean...But for business travelers, maybe not best The room was clean and comfortable. It is an extended stay hotel so I expected to have a kitchenette - which, is helpful when I am in town working for the week. However, there were not dishes or utensils, so I was unable to prepare my food. Like most extended stay hotels, there is not daily room service.
