Meets My Needs Third stay here. As expected. Not far drive from two Metro stations. Shopping close drive. Efficiency nice feature to have when working.

Soap and water, PLEASE!!! This hotel is seeing so much wear and tear. Sidewalks and steps are badly stained. I complained to head desk about a dried substance on the walk outside on the upper level that I hope was ketchup. One light was out at night, in breezeway and whole facility needs power washing. It needs to be painted. Rims of lampshades in our room were covered in dust and even though we were in a non-smoking room, our room smelled of smoke? I felt like I needed to use wipes. It was disappointing.

Basic lodgings It is a fairly new, clean, basic modern budget hotel. The front desk staff wasn't helpful. Incidentals (soap, shampoo, etc) is cheap. The room was decently clean. It does have a convenient locations if you have your own transportation. I woudn't stay there again.

My experience at ESA Hotel Have to stay for 10 days for business trip. Hotel only provided 2 cleaning services. Have to ask for every single items for the room. Good location.
