The hot water for a shower is not hot at all

Ok Stay but Could have been better. Our stay was pretty good. When we first got to the hotel and checked in our NON Smoking Room smelled like the community ash tray. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk was great, he switched our room immediately. The new room was good but on the 2nd night we could smell one of our neighbors smoking pot through our bathroom.

Will stay again! Perfect stay. Slept like I was in my own bed, and I typically have trouble falling asleep in hotels. Hawa, the woman at the front desk, was great. Very polite and helpful.

Good hotel for my conference attendance Check in went smoothly though I was charged 9K instead of my normal one night rate so it did take extra time to straighten that out. I also had to ask for a copy of my bill and payment. The desk assistant was very nice at check in.I know pets are allowed in the hotel and that can be hard on the carpets; but they really could use an update. Decent little room, especially for the money! Nothing horrible about this place. It's certainly bare bones, but that's fine by me. The staff was super helpful; the room was clean except for one cobweb up in the corner, but big deal. You do have to ask for dishes etc if you plan to eat or cook meals there, but they lend them for free. My only serious complaint was the awful selection of TV channels, but they have wi-fi, so you can watch other channels on your tablet if you have one. I'd definitely stay here again.

It wasn't clean at all, bed sheet had hairs and stains
