Quite good but some trouble with water pressure in shower...it worked but only a gentle spray. Very quiet upstairs where we were on the third floor. Kitchen was great. Bring dish detergent! Otherwise everything provided and we were not asked to return for sanitation. They did that job when we left. Overall quite good for low price. Dont count on the breakfadt for much. Just granola bar or muffin. Friendly, helpful staff.
The overall experience was good but few issues with service especially in regard to customer service was not good. I had to request service for house keeping for my room several times and sometime days before the service was done. Management need to train or retrain the staff on good practices in customer service. Mr Kush was not attentive to requests i made drugged his feet in most of whatever needed to be done. The staff was excellent. The room was functional and served its purpose as I was between cities and needed a studio apartment with Internet, a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Perfect. If I am in need again, I will choose Extended Stay America.
