The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room near an exit to facilitate our bringing our dog in and out. The facility is older. Cleaning especially of stairwells is poor. There were cigarette butts that were never swept. Behind the building people have thrown trash down an embankment and it is all about the grass areas. I enjoy staying at the Extended Stay America because it gives you the convenience of apartment living without having to pay for extra amenities The hotel is clean and the Staff keep the room safe and comfortable . I enjoy staying here temporarily .
You have the convenience of apartment living but you don't have apartment living. You get coffee in the morning and the crew is more than willing to do that which is within ordered. I recommend that if you need a temporary place to stay Extended Stay America is the place.

I went to grab coffee at 9.50 (breakfast was supposed to be until 10) and there wasnt any there.
