When I first checked in, I was charged extra for a room which was large larger than what I had initially booked ahead of time. Basically at the time check-in, the type of room my book was sold out, and I was charged extra for reasons of having to stay in a different room. The staff member who checked me in, was not so great at her job. But luckily, some other staff member the next day, helped me out and further resolved matters for me. Front Desk Concern. When it was time for me to check in, the front desk clerk named Musa, did not have the best attitude. When he asked me if I was checking in, I was trying to talk to him but, he cut me off and asked for my I.D. I handed him my I.D. in his hand. When I got it back, he placed the I.D. on the counter.
