Lobby doors need to be fixed
I arrived after midnight, there was no one at the desk for check in. I had to bang on the employee break room to get someone to come out, then the rep seemed annoyed. There is no one at the front desk on most days which is weird.The lobby itself is dated and at times not welcoming - the place definitely needs some updating - the rooms are outdated as well. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this would be it-nothing else really stands out.

When I first checked in, I was charged extra for a room which was large larger than what I had initially booked ahead of time. Basically at the time check-in, the type of room my book was sold out, and I was charged extra for reasons of having to stay in a different room. The staff member who checked me in, was not so great at her job. But luckily, some other staff member the next day, helped me out and further resolved matters for me.
