I like the fact that iI was able to park in the back And was able to access the building to go to my room fairly easy through the back entrance. Very convenient

Very low budget We only stayed two nights on our visit and were looking for something basic with a refrigerator near our destination. We’ve lived in places where bugs were a fact of life but it’s still a little hard to see cockroaches in a place near the nation’s capitol. How roaches survive when there is no sign of food is one of life’s mysteries. Extended Stay Restin was reasonably close to the Metro stop. Also so I had many options for dining. The room was clean and all the appliances were in good working order. The bathroom was clean and the water was piping hot. The front desk agent was not always at the desk. So when I checked out ai just left the key on the desk. This was fine, cause when I called later, I was charged for the appropriate number of days and time. I recommend this hotel.

Good place if you’re on a budget Hotel staff is friendly. However, the room smelled bad, not sure if it was humidity or what. It was so late I didn’t bother to ask for another room. “Breakfast” was a muffin, fruit bar and coffee. The kitchen cabinets had spots that hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms are dated.

Missed having a coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was pretty scarce and coffee pot was empty. Desk person was nice enough to give a cup while the coffee was being made. Front desk staff was very helpful especially with a problem with my check-in.
