No rooms were available when I arrived even though it was an hour after the hotel's 3 pm check-in time. The staff's reaction was that this was standard operationg procedure due to the high occupancy. The issue was resolved in a timely manner but be warmed this practice seemed very normal.

In budget and overall good
Extended Stay in Herndon The facilities were adequate. There was no coffee maker in the room. Coffee was served only until 09:30 AM.

Everything was ok, until at night when bed-bugs started crawling on both beds!
