Front Desk Concern. When it was time for me to check in, the front desk clerk named Musa, did not have the best attitude. When he asked me if I was checking in, I was trying to talk to him but, he cut me off and asked for my I.D. I handed him my I.D. in his hand. When I got it back, he placed the I.D. on the counter. I did not appreciate that at all. I mentioned to him that he should not put it on the counter .
