Checkin was a joke! Shower pressure was poor (I could have poured a bottle of water over my head with better pressure). My room door locked from the inside and I could not get out, the maintenance team took 45 minutes and couldn’t fix the door lock, I had to crawl out the window, I was late for work! I wasn’t even offered a refund for my inconvenience, I’ll never stay there again.
I booked a stay for 4 nights. When checking in there was no staff at the front desk. A couple employees were sitting at a table and watched us come inside but neither corresponded with us. I felt ignored. Finally a young lady came from the back, and while walking by asked if we had been helped. She did a great job checking us in. The next morning I got into the shower and when I turned on the shower the shower head was broken and water jetted up onto the ceiling which in turn shot back down onto the top of my head. There are better places to stay in the area. For the price being charged, there are better places to stay in the area. The "on-the-go" breakfast consists of coffee and breakfast cereal bars. I stayed there for 5 days and one day there was not even milk for the coffee!. You must go to the reception to request and collect the promised "cookware, dishware, and utensils". The physical condition of the stairs and walkways need maintenance.

The hotel rooms themselves are clean and decent. However, the problem is with some of the clientele staying there. Cigarette butts all over the place and I’m certain some of the low life’s there were legitimate meth heads, as in actually on meth. Not sure if these individuals are given government vouchers to stay there or what but be forewarned about the many seedy lowlifes staying here.

Was not the experience I expected for this area. The room was not very clean. Some mechanical problems. Breakfast was not great.

Bugsss There was ants all in my room , crawling on my bed , in the bathroom. I called the front desk and asked to get my room switched I was denied because of rooms being “sold out “ I asked to be fully reimbursed but I’m yet to receive anything or hear from the manager I requested to speak to about this complaint
Property area was unkept and everything looked run down. Surrounding businesses and amenities were great.

Lots of insects in the kitchen/bathroom areas. Overall did not feel the room was clean.
