Worst hotel in same category in Reston/Herdon. Hotel in desperate need for an upgrade. Everything seems to be falling apart. Their so called breakfast is a tremendous disappointment...a few bars, instant oat meal and muffin in little plastic bags... that's it. It supposed to start at 6am but I was there at 6:55am and door was still closed. Worst of the hotels in the same category in Reston/Herdon area. You can get much better somewhere else the same price.

Expected a better hotel in an upscale town like Reston. Location was very convenient.

Location was good and as per location hotel's cond Hotels condition was not up to the mark. Hotel room carpet was sticky ,mattress had blood stain and lobby had ciggrett buds an cobwebs. I stayed in extended stay when I went to new York ad that wasn't bad at all by after this experience I will think twice before I book room in future.

disappointing staff and service. and there were ants in the room.

Myraid Issues Checked in at 8pm and had a 7am meeting. My first room was unmade. OK, fine, it's happened before. Manager apologized, gave me a new room. But then: TV didn't work. Manager said he'd come up and look at it but then another in a long line of check ins came in and it was going to be a while. I told him not to worry about it since I needed to be up at 6am anyway. AC was too cold and I couldn't get it down to a more manageable temp. The controls were impossible to understand. One of the lamps in the room apparently... read more

had roaches and large spiders.. would not go back management was non responsive to my complaints... tried to check out a day early and they charged me 110 dollars even with advanced notice.

Terrible hotel in a good location. Well, where should I start? I guess the location is okay, so that is already out of the way. Overall, the places is super unclean. I shared my bed with a very nice family of cockroaches. The kind of cockroaches you would only meet in this hotel. I was jumping all night try to evade them, but submitted to my fate at the end of the night and enjoyed it with a bunch of them. I was looking for a little fun; got unwanted funk Great spot, but I had a few disappointments. There was a heavy "funk" in the room -- a heavy odor of cigarette smoke, which hung in there for days. It was also a bit gloomy, due to a couple of inoperable lights. I'd rather to have amenities like coffee, cups, and plates in the room already -- instead of asking for them at the busy front desk and carting them to the room myself.
