Rang operator multiple times for service to get coffee during normal breakfast hours and no one showed for 10 minutes.

Just okay. My stay was okay. Had a problem with a voucher that I wanted to use. Corporate didn’t make it easy but the on-site staff tried their best to make it right. I had three complaints. 1st, someone left trash in one of the drawers, the cleaning staff missed it. 2, the latch on my door was broken. I slept with a chair behind the door. Last, the freezer needed to be clean. It had an odor that made my food smell weird.

Lay out was fine. Outside hallways were disgusting, dirty, stained with urine, dark at night. Breakfast was minimal although coffee is good. No wash cloths in BR.
