Arrived at the hotel & got into the room, which was ok, but there were only 3 pillows for my wife & I, we both like to sleep with 2 pillows, so I went back to the front desk to get 1 more pillow but the clerk had none in the room behind him & he claimed that he couldn’t get into the storage/housekeeping room to get us another pillow!

The staff in the lobby had a problem with the printer. They promised to email my receipt to me but they did not do it. I still do not have it. I asked to bring me dishes three times. Just after the third time they followed my request.

I did not like that I had three times request to bring me dishes. I asked to fix the macro wave in my room. But it was not done

There was no plates, silverware, cups etc...

A good value for a low price within walking distance to metrorail and the town center.

Badly In Need of Renovation Good location, but the hotel is run down and the staff is inattentive. Lots of guests who seem to be just a step above vagrancy. A few police calls to the hotel while I was there.
