The property is under renovation. At the time of check in the staff member charge to my credit card and ending with a double charge from Expedia and the hotel for a single room on a one night stay.

The breakfast was poor - just packaged food. Better to just skip it altogether than advertise it as breakfast.

Well located for DC (Washington) and Dulles Airport , clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. If traveling from the UK expect Travelodge standard but with the added bonus of a small kitchen. Large Target (Supermarket / IKEA), petrol station, subway Italian restaurant and chicken takeaway within 2mons walking distance.
