Mildly surprised I was a little reticent after reading the reviews, but went ahead anyway and booked. I was mildly surprised, while the room seemed a bit oldish (the cabinets seemed to be fraying, overall it was clean comfortable, quiet and convenient. I believe it was a bit pricey, but that could be because of the neighborhood it is in.

Extended Stay - Reston - Good The only issue I had was that I requested the coffee pot on my first day but didn't get it until the next day - and I had to then get a replacement since that one didn't work. Otherwise, no big issue - friendly staff, convenient location to food and shopping (Target, Carrabbas, Chipotle, walking distance to Reston Town Center), free wifi that I upgrade if I need to do intense work.

Clean room, nice service Hotel has clean room. It has a small kitchen as extra. Nice place for a short stay.

Ideal for what it is If you are looking for a minimalist stay -- no muss, no fuss, no noise, kitchenette with working fridge & microwave, reliable Internet -- this is it. Motel -- drive-up to your own door -- solid beds for a good night's sleep, clean.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATON WITH THE HOTEL THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS FINE, WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN...THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WHEN WE ARRIVED OUR RESERVATION WASN'T SHOWING UP IN THE SYSTEM...SO WE HAD TO CALL HOTELS.COM AND GET THEM TO RESEND THE RESERVATION INFORMATION BC IF IT DIDN'T SHOW UP, WE WERE TOLD ALL THE ROOMS WERE BOOKED AND THERE WOULDN'T BE A ROOM FOR US. THANKFULLY IT WAS RESOLVED WITHIN AN HOUR AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET A ROOM.

Reston ExtendaStay The people at the front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful. They apologized for the smell of soup that seemed to permeate my room. My only negative item is that the commercial washers, being HE, don't seem to be cleaned regularly and all my clothes smelled after I used them.

Good for the price Overall satisfied. Some areas that needed improvement ....Outside area could have been cleaned more frequently. Vending machine was broken down the entire time we were there. Complimentary Breakfast was very Spartan. I was hoping for at least some muffins and/or breakfast buns besides coffee and packaged snack bars & fruit.
