Clean, comfortable, good price The room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was delayed and called to let them know that I would be arriving well after midnight, and the response was, "you're good!" A parking space was available near my room, even with the late arrival. The low-speed Wi-Fi was barely adequate to check mail and visit a few websites; I did not choose to upgrade for the extra charge since I wasn't planning to stream videos or download large files. Great value! No frills (external walkway and stairs) and intended to allow for in-room cooking and longer stay. However even for an overnight w/out family the room was very large, clean, quiet and comfy! The counter table space was great to spread out work with plenty out electrical outlets for laptop, phone and electronics. The inner courtyard was clean, quiet and inviting to sit and relax. In the morning the office supplied plenty of hot beverages, snack bars and fruit.

Hard day nice stay We had a very long day missed our flights, vehicle problems etc. the manager had a hard time finding our rooms but handled my frustration professionally and made us feel at home. We were both exhausted so our late checkout was extended by a couple of hours and it made the rest of our dc trip pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that needs help is they ran out of towels and wash rags need more.

Mildly surprised I was a little reticent after reading the reviews, but went ahead anyway and booked. I was mildly surprised, while the room seemed a bit oldish (the cabinets seemed to be fraying, overall it was clean comfortable, quiet and convenient. I believe it was a bit pricey, but that could be because of the neighborhood it is in.

Extended Stay - Reston - Good The only issue I had was that I requested the coffee pot on my first day but didn't get it until the next day - and I had to then get a replacement since that one didn't work. Otherwise, no big issue - friendly staff, convenient location to food and shopping (Target, Carrabbas, Chipotle, walking distance to Reston Town Center), free wifi that I upgrade if I need to do intense work.

Clean room, nice service Hotel has clean room. It has a small kitchen as extra. Nice place for a short stay.
