The staff was very polite and pleasant. The areas is awesome, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Bathroom shower was not cleaned. The bed was a bit rough but what I would expect in a budget hotel.

For the very reasonable price under half the more upscale local options, everything was as expected. The only exceptions of overflowing garbage bins near the walkways to the room and the non-adjustable AC direction blew towards the bed. Slight annoyances, otherwise perfectly basic stay with a kitchen I didn't use.
