Very good shopping nearby, kitchen was good, but i tried to get utensils to eat with and no one was at the feont desk

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Tried to use the phone to get someone and waited 10 min for someone. Then they seemed annoyed that we needed to check in. Elevator had a horrible smell and the room was dirty. Husband had to ask them the come clean it. Bed was very hard. Won’t be going back.
