The halls smelled like smoke form cigarettes, the room was clean, Staff was supper nice

When arriving we stood at the counter for a few minutes while the lady behind the counter was in the other room on her phone. She never acknowledged us at all. After awhile I had said can we please check in. She immediately got up and apologized and we were able to check in. Our room was freezing when we opened the door. Someone had left a window open, and the whole room was ice cold. We did have to leave the room for a bit so that the heat would turn on and warm up the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was grass nearby which made it great to stay there with a dog. Room was clean and everything worked.

The outlet on the wall was exposed I got a little shock when I plug in my phone. I move it to another outlet.

Not ideal Not ideal - had to change rooms as the deadbolt on the room would not lock. Front desk was great and got me another room. However, this new room was worse and not clean - looked like it hadn't been refreshed in a few months. I ended up sleeping in the original room with just the chain lock as my protection. My fault that I didn't want to ask / move to a third room.

Blackout curtains didn’t shut fully, fridge is extremely noisy, shower curtain too short - water easily splashed on bathroom floor.
