Big rooms with kitchenette , clean , ideal place to stay even for longer periods of time.

Sarah was very thoughtful and helpful. But the "breakfast" was a joke... coffe and snack bars....

It would be nice if the pool opened with room key instead of having to ask front desk to unlock. Also it's not easy to get out of the pool area once you have been locked in there - you have to reach through gate to unlock it, may not be that easy for elderly people or children.

Not a family vacation hotel. The staff was nice and pleasant however they never seem to have enough towels or washcloths. The hotel "felt" dark and dingy, the lighting was too weak and the paint made everything seem cheap. The so called grab and go "breakfast" was not breakfast at all. Weak coffee and muffins it was misleading to advertise this as a breakfast. This is a place for one or two night stays not a family vacation spot. The amenities are cut down on to reduce cost but I still feel like I paid too much.

Please please please Please fix the roach problem asap
