The man working the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Another guest checked in right before me and came back saying his room had not been cleaned. He quickly changed the mans room. Before he gave me my room he ran up to check to make sure our room was clean. The room was clean, I had to call for sheets and bedding for the pullout couch. But the toilet in our room would not flush without filling up the tank. We were exhausted and the poor man up front seemed to be alone for the night so we just let it go and refille... read more

there were a lot of water bugs in the bathroom and the beds were uncomfortable

The room was fine but I had to go find staff to get towels and wash cloths and toiletries everyday! Very aggravating when you’re working 10 hours a day! Wasn’t on vacation!
