Fire alarm about to fall off ceiling. Exposed electrical wires wher light fixture should have been. Something brown by toilet on floor. Toilet handle Hardy worked. Bathroom sink drain was very slow draining. Mold around the bathtub.

Bed was ok,couch terrible. Had to ask for bedding for couch, towels. No hairdryer, kitchenette but absolutely NO utensils, etc. Had to buy paper towels.

All rooms were booked. We were turned away. Because expedia overbook the hotel. And we are having trouble getting our money back. We will never book with Expedia agai

Worst stay I’ve had Check in was okay. Once we got done with our family party went to the hotel and can smell the odor of marijuana and a guy on the same floor as us was telling me to go inside his room and to leave the girls in the room and keep in mind I have my daughter and wife with me and made my wife uncomfortable and wanted to leave the second that happend we just stepped into our room for a couple minutes and checked out couple minutes later and had to get another hotel really uncomfortable and disappointed. I was trying to go to Wichita Kansas from San Antonio Texas to be with my brother who was very ill. The plane was delayed, then delayed more, then they tried putting me on an entirely different route, but i still worried I couldn't make it in time,but i thought I'd try. Marijuana and ick Property looked well maintained from outside. Friendly front desk clerk. Moderately easy parking. Entire inside smelled strongly of marijuana. Carpet in first floor and third floor hallway was filthy. Ice machine out of order. Elevator making scary noises. Carpet in room was dirty (although cleaner than hallway). Surfaces in room were somewhat clean. Kitchen was clean but bare of any supplies. Not one spare towel in bathroom. Bedsheets seemed clean but we avoided the bedspread.
