Front desk attendant spoke way to fast so we couldn't understand most of what he said. We requested a smoke free room but it smelled like smoke which gave me a headache. Bathroom had no counter space and the toilet was in need of repair. Pillow cases while clean were stained. The ironing board cover was ripped and falling off. One of the light fixtures didn't work. Rooms were over booked. Luckily Expedia found me a room.

I honestly don’t know about rating the hotel. They called me at 3:45 the day of my reservation to tell me they were overbooked and canceled my reservation with zero remorse.

Hmmm room payed for but not available?? I’ll begin with saying our room was booked and paid weeks before arrival. We had late arrival because of late flight. We showed up and was told that they had been a capacity since 4 pm. I’ll say again our room was paid in full not reserved. We spent the next 1 1/2 hours looking for a room then had to drive an hour to finally get to sleep. The booking agency offered a credit for another stay but not even a sorry for you inconvenience from the hotel. I blame management. There is no excus... read more

The elevator bumped 3 times on the way up to the 3rd floor. Toilet overflowed as soon as I flushed it. I counted 5 cockroaches two being in the bed and immediately left before i unpacked. took the stairs because I was affaied to take the elevator adn the stairwell smelled like urine so bad I almost puked.

Terrible Stay The noise outside of the hotel was horrible. At 6am the grass cutting and trimming began and it was loud. The parking lot was filled with trucks parked in more than one parking space and there was no overflow parking area. We had to park our car along the curb at the entrance of the hotel.
