Not what was expected... Definitely not what was expected. The fact that we couldn't even check in, less than an hour early, after a long drive, without a fee of $25 seemed ridiculous. The room was quite dated and the beds, not comfortable. Wish I had done more research prior to booking.

The premises was closer to shopping centres.However, the rooms especially on second floor had this foul stuffy smell that we had to use air freshners.Maybe they could change the carpet in the rooms and corridors could be they have lasted decades.The beddings were very old and not well maintained.

Terrible experience The room I was given had roaches and no shower curtain.. When I notified the desk I was told they would notify the manager about the roach sitings and would have to look for a shower curtain. The tv and wifi went out that evening. No one came to check about the roaches and never contacted me about my comfort in the room at night the roaches were all over and me and my kids got no sleep out of fear! There was roaches in the bathroom and hair on the towels

NASTY. We didn’t even stay because it was no joke one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stepped into! There was finger nail polish on the night stand, stains allover the carpet and it looked like crap on the bathroom floor! The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful but there really wasn’t anything she could do.
