There were roaches in the room and when we told the manager it wasn’t something they took seriously enough. Would not stay there again

Some staff rude and did not want to help you when need. I like it being next door to Walmart.

Lee Abbott We did not have TV or internet service, we were told that nobody had them either, and that they were working on it! when we confronted others staying there, they said that they had both!

No sleep for 3 nights Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. The bed was hard, absolutely terrible to sleep on. They also wouldn’t provide us with any extra pillows.

Awful experience Pre-paid for room showed up after hours of travel and they had overbooked the hotel and I had no place to stay that night. Offered no help in finding a room either.

Nothing! The help was confused and didn't seem to care about guests. I was to get a room with king bed but got a room with 2 singles. Opened the door to see the room looked occupied. It was never cleaned. Went to the desk waited again! They gave me another room with twins and this one had no toilet paper. Had to again return to the main desk and wait for them to hand me a roll. At check out I had to wait 15 min. for them to get the coffee ready.

Extended Stay Room, especially bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Saw bugs crawling in bathroom. Advertisement stated breakfast. Was actually coffee and a granola bar. Not what I would consider breakfast for most people. I will not stay again.

WAY overpriced, hotel just eh Room was more expensive than I prefer but I was in a bind and needed a room, it was NOT at all worth the price. Overall the hotel could use some updating. The water pressure in the shower was horrible because most of the water was not diverted to the shower head. On a more positive note...... It was a quiet area, the staff was nice and I got a decent nights sleep.
