Pleasantly Surprised Staff was very friendly and professional. Moved us to another room when we experienced problems with upstairs neighbor. Wish there was a breakfast, but coffee was fresh and hot

Disappointed Yeah. Where to start? I booked one night at this hotel on a drive from Rhode Island to Florida with an intentional stop in Wilmington on the way. Checked in after midnight, the lot wasn't full. Asked the night manager if it'd be possible to get an hour later check out and was told No, mid-October is still "beach season." That's okay I'd end up being out of the room well before check-out time anyway. The first thing I noticed in the room was the dirt on the floor. Smoking entrance About the same for most hotels. The good thing no smoking rooms… the bad things- had to walk through the employee smoking area to get to the lobby. Pretty much negates the “no smoking” policy
