Everything was good except no breakfast and pool Too many guys hanging outside drinking when i was there.

Had a 3 night stay during COVID. There were signs posted everywhere about masks being required but none of the employees were wearing masks at all nor did I see surfaces being sanitized. Aside from that, the staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly. Whatever I needed was happily provided to me. Checking in and checking out was so easy with them. I stayed one night for a trip to the local beaches. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The full kitchen was convenient for keeping my drinks and snacks cold on extremely hot days. Parking lot is small and was almost entirely full in the evening. Shady and suspicious people wandering around in the parking lot, and they didn't seem like guests. The location is very convenient as its close to many businesses, Wrightsville Beach and other beaches.

Everyone was so helpful and patiently answered all my questions about the WiFi and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. No loud noises and hotel is in a great part of Wilmington. No complaints at all.

I didn't like the front desk person was not at desk for 20 minutes for check in cleaning a room my sheets had a stain on it. No toilet paper in room had to return to front desk for paper. No continental breakfast moved to Best Western they had full breakfast served safely.
