Everyone was so helpful and patiently answered all my questions about the WiFi and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. No loud noises and hotel is in a great part of Wilmington. No complaints at all.

I didn't like the front desk person was not at desk for 20 minutes for check in cleaning a room my sheets had a stain on it. No toilet paper in room had to return to front desk for paper. No continental breakfast moved to Best Western they had full breakfast served safely.
