I didnt like the staff they were rude and i didnt like how i called for service's and nobody answer
My fiancee son and i had a wonderful time the facility had a small stove, mivrowave, fridge, and had wheelchair accessible rooms with an elevator

I enjoy Ms. Shea(sp?) and her welcoming attitude. She is excellent as a staff member and she goes above and beyond when it comes to guest relations. The facility itself is clean for a hotel of its size and type. The other guests can be hit or miss. And while that may not seem important, I was in town for work and I had my wife and son. So when we encountered several guests that were intoxicated outside, it is a bit disappointing. Overall, Extended Stay New Centre is a nice spot for builders and travelers.
