Andre is doing a terrific job. He is very initiative and helpful. He also has a super warm & kind personalities that make you feel comfortable. The Richmond office center is maintaining tidy and clean all the time.

Great customer service great people that work there a very informational very respectful very a very attentive and very understanding and very polite and patient and a storage the storage units are very clean and easy to find
The Store is very convenient to our new home so that is a real plus for us. Moving has been an ordeal. The managers, Christine Cygan and Andre Sims have always been very welcoming and have made sure that we are well informed. They provide insights and tips into how to best use storage and how to organize stored items. They run a very efficient operation which seems safe and secure.
