I was fine at move in, but got a notice 5 months later that they were raising the rate for my 10x10 storage space. I found alternative storage in Pinole (closer to home, too) at $70/month cheaper with Public Storage. Not sure if it's corporate greed or their thinking I wouldn't inconvenience myself to move out, but it isn't too inconvenient for a savings of $80/mo. Not going to miss the wonky elevator that I can't ride up with my stuff in.

We were skeptical on renting a space for our bikes. Andre the manager was very professional and friendly. He explained all details and was very patient with us and even made us laugh. We are happy we stopped by Extra Space Storage great prices and great people!
