Note: I rarely write reviews, only when a place is exceptional or resonates with me I was wary about getting a storage location -- first time doing it, worried about it feeling very faceless/corporate, not sure what I needed. I chose this location purely because I needed somewhere in Ktown. Lucky I did. Great storage place !! the staff is very nice and understands came 3mins before closing and they gave me a couple extra minutes to unload and put my stuff away!

I came in hoping to change storage unit sizes and Marcela helped me and was a delight as always. She's very friendly and helpful while making sure to meet my needs. I came in the middle of two customers being rude and acting disrespectful towards Marcela and she handled it professionally and with constant kindness. Would recommend coming to this location and dealing with Marcela, she's the best.

I was looking for a storage for my collections. I searched many places on the Internet, but i think it's better if you just go visit each place.
