I love the customer service here. Excellent from day one. My sister and recently upgraded our storage space for a larger one and it was so easy, no hassle and no questions asked. They gave us the first month free. It took us one day to move our boxes from our storage in level 1 to level 6. The neighborhood is iffy but don't let that scare you away. The inside is maintained very clean and the storage space itself are clean and trash free.

So i had a client who needed storage and this was closest by with a one month free promotion which is great. However at $45 a month for a small locker seems reasonable plus fees, and when i check out I'm left with a lock and key thats practically unusable again unless a rent this specific small locker. The rules and and regulations make this place a lot less customer friendly, from experiences in the past for example trading ID for dolly's service and no trash cans for boxes or even at all on the premises can put an environm... read more

Today I missed my flight to Mexico because I thought my passport card would be enough. Little did I know, those stupid things only work if you're taking a cruise or driving across the border I knew my passport was buried in my storage unit and boy was it ever If it wasn't for Tyler's buff man skills helping me squeeze my mattress out of this tiny unit to get to the buried treasure that is my passport, I'd have been lost.
