The location of the this ESS is in ideal because it's important to have a place near your home for storage needs. Sergio and Michelle are pleasurable and helpful staff, especially for my autistic son; however, I wish that the storage spaces were climate controlled. The heatwave, wearing a mask, and moving items is not an easy task. I felt at times that I was suffocating because the areas were too stuffy. Staff friendly lots a homeless people hanging out no climate control but you pay climate control prices anyone can come the gate so not secure bathrooms are inside and are very nasty units and small for the price you pay! I have a 5x10 and pay $141 very pricey

Jackie, Chenice and all personnel get 5 stars this is a old but very well built industrial building with excellent ventilation, the maintenance and cleanliness are 5 stars. Its the best in Los Angeles.
This storage facility was my go to when I first moved to Los Angeles. The units are clean and safe and conveniently located to the Koreatown neighborhood. The staff are friendly and reliable. Pricing was the best I could find in the area and weekend hours are convenient. Also the contracts are month to month which worked out great to store my suitcases as I looked for a bigger place.
Jackie is always friendly, professional and helpful. So is Amaya. In fact, all of the employees I have met there during the past two years have been excellent. This is true in the face of any and all challenges that have popped up.
Juan was AMAZING & helped us even though our furniture wouldn't fit in his facility~he took time to search other locations for us really really trying to help! He was more interested in helping us than "making a sale" THAT'S TRUE SERVICE! thank you juan!
I was very impressed with the customer service and assistance I received at this location. Came here on short notice and the representatives at the front desk were very understanding and willing to help. They gave me 50% off for both 5x5 units for the first month and explained how the units are monitored 24/7 and are safe at all times. Friendly, professional staff, casual atmosphere. Clean, well-kept, and no random homeless guy reading the newspaper in his unit at 5:00 am. Hermelinda (Mgr) and Raul hooked it up and made me feel like going up a freight elevator 6 floors to store old furniture and tchotchkes the most natural thing in the world.
