Vira is always so helpful, I'm so grateful for her assistance! I have had to sign contracts from out of country and she always makes sure that myself and my movers are taken care of with ease. From locks help, to answering and calling back to help! Love this place

We've been customers for 2+ years. Never had any issues. Recently needed more space and Amaya was super helpful over the phone and then on-site when we went to look at options. Picked a new unit and moved over the next day.
If you are in need of a great storage unit, then this is the place. I moved California from Houston, Texas and need a place to store some items. Mr. Amaya help me meet all my needs. Customer service he had was amazing, he took the timeout to answer my questions. I thing I truly loved about his customer service, as people would enter into the facility, he took the timeout to greet them and let them know he'll be right with them. The staff is very friendly and Amaya was very sincere and helpful. This facility is very clean and quiet and I'm glad to have found the perfect place to store my items.
M. Amaya helped me get my unit and he was very professional and courteous. This place is open until 10 and open everyday in a nice location! Most other places aren't as convenient.
