Got great service from Patrick recently at the Culver City location -- he was very helpful & informative. A previous rep did NOT offer any extra info that we didn't ask about, so when we asked him to hold a unit for us, we assumed the price was going to be what we viewed it at -- nope. When we came back a few days later to get the unit, the price had gone way back up. Luckily Patrick was there this time & said he'd keep an eye on the price & let us know if/when the price came back down & he did! He also realized that I ... read more
