Good storage facility, convenient access. Dry and secure units. I've used the Rancho Cordova location off and on for 6 years, and Extra Space in general for over 10 years. I've never been disappointed.

Tammie is the ideal person to call for a storage unit that will fit your needs. I especially enjoyed her Customer Service. She is so knowledgeable & helpful. Very Courteous. She'll make sure you don't forget anything like bubble wrap, boxes, blanket to protect your furniture or a lock for your unit. It sure does help my Move Go Smoothly! I'm ecstatic to have met Tammie, SHE is a real JEWEL! Very clean & organized. After calling and looking for a storage unit size I needed, I found one here. What impressed me the most was how clean everything was. From the inside of the units to the grounds themselves. Also Tammie is a great asset to this company. She has outstanding customer service skills, patience and easy to talk to.

Tammie, the store manager, was very proactive notifying me of the availability on the smaller sized unit I needed, moving from a larger unit on the property. I found the unit clean and equipped with the new lock upon arrival. Tammie's professionalism, communication and knowledge made the transition very easy. Thank you!

First I just like to say that Tammy the manager of the facility is exceptional and her customer service and the way she operates the facility there hasn't been one time that I have come to the facility to do work in two of my storage spaces that I haven't seen her come around and ask me how I was doing and if there's anything that she can help me with the facility itself is always spotless never any other people loitering around it she's very organized in the way she operates the facility on a scale of 1 to 10 the cleanlines... read more
