Another robbery where they broke into 4 units and took all of our valuables. Same story as other reviewers. Accused us of not having the right lock (we used the one they had given us), said that we needed the police to obtain video footage, and basically told us to go away. Little that the police were able to do, and the storage company said "oh the footage didn't have anything. There is a reason this place is the cheapest out there. Starting to sound eerily like an inside job so don't think this is a one-off.

Please people if you are reading this I'm warning you turn around this place will rob u they wouldn't let the cops see servalance footage. And when I first walked in the greeted me with hi how are you today I was not so good because I had to take off work because someone stole my stuff out the storage and I'm missing work..long pause and then a lady working there says so is there anything else i can help you with. I wish I did not store my stuff in this place yet I do not want to move it out at right now very poor customer service lift is broken for 5 days now complain about it several times only answer you get there is two lift in each building which is really hard because it's too far from your unit and you have big stuff. On line it says 24 hours access but really they close at 10 pm so if you get out 10:03pm you get warning..... We specifically asked them if our rent would go up, and they said no. 1 year later, our rent went up $75 without notifying us. I understand rates go up, but a little would have been nice. Go someplace else!!!

This place is full of shit. My unit was robbed of all my valuables and it was an inside job. 11 units in one section was robbed. The stupid ass management called me on Monday afternoon at 1pm and said "as she was doing her walk-thru which was Sunday, she notice my unit had the lock missing. That was bullshit. The lock was cut off and unit robbed. They knew exactly what to take. I payed $150 a month plus insurance and my things were valuable. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!. I have/had 3 RV spaces and 2 walk up 10' x 20' spaces at this location for 2 years. During these last 2 years, my trucks that I kept in the RV spaces have been damaged by people that stole my tools from the trucks after breaking all of the locks on the exterior doors to access the interiors of the trucks. All tools were stolen, so I quit keeping tools in them. Then on 2 other occasions, I found a person sleeping inside my 5' x 8' utility trailer . Relative and I chose this place after moving out from our apt up the hill. It said and still does say "First month Free" on many signs around the building. I'm in sales so I knew it was the classic, bait'n'switch tactic. Obviously especially when multiple Yelpers experienced the same fuckry. Also, WARNING! Extremely unsafe units. The place itself is not safe as one might think. They keep on increasing and forcing to pay insurance. It's not worth it.

I reserved it online I thought it it was a free first ninth but when I went to the office .. The manager said its not free anymore cause it's the only 1 unit left the 4x4. False advertisement. And you have to bring your own lock.. Or they will charge locks for it.
