Do not store your items here! Our unit was broken into 3-4 weeks ago. They drilled through our lock and took our items! No cameras and manger said several units had been broken into recently. They are not telling their customers. The manager said someone walks through daily yet our lock had been drilled off, unit left with no lock, then he said he saw a combo lock on and off of our unit! But no call was ever made! Do not rent here! The unit next to ours was also completely drilled through!
Stay far away from this place. Crooks!! Scam. Wouldn't let me close my account when I wanted to and kept charging me.
I did go through the process with renting but the next day (still hadn't stored anything) I called and cancelled. Process - Fairly easy. It took a bit long. Guy who was working there was nice and courteous and had no problem with him. Very busy as people were in and out during the 30 or so minutes I was in the office. Office had two large TV screens showing camera images of the facility. Don't use them. I got items stolen multiple times. And the company won't cover much by insurance. Security camera record won't exist. Be careful. This is free for stealing.
Manager Jason is very rude, he is not at all interested in doing business. Don't go with words make sure you have everything written.
Found mice in my storage. I though that facility is well maintained so disappointed! And when I report it to the agent she is so rude and not helpful.
How is this place still in business? How many times can people be robbed before this place is shut down?! My mom had her storage unit broken into TWICE! And the manager- Jason- does NOT HELP AND does NOT CARE!! Please please take your money and your belongings elsewhere!! Do not take the risk and get a storage here! Pay the extra $10-$20 a month to have a secure place because this place is A JOKE!! What a scam!!
Another robbery where they broke into 4 units and took all of our valuables. Same story as other reviewers. Accused us of not having the right lock (we used the one they had given us), said that we needed the police to obtain video footage, and basically told us to go away. Little that the police were able to do, and the storage company said "oh the footage didn't have anything. There is a reason this place is the cheapest out there. Starting to sound eerily like an inside job so don't think this is a one-off.
Please people if you are reading this I'm warning you turn around this place will rob u they wouldn't let the cops see servalance footage. And when I first walked in the greeted me with hi how are you today I was not so good because I had to take off work because someone stole my stuff out the storage and I'm missing work..long pause and then a lady working there says so is there anything else i can help you with.
