Stored here for one month and let the front office know several times it would be for 1 month only. Moved out a few days before my move out date and was told to simply leave the unit clean, door open and I would be moved out. I was not moved out and charged and additional month. I called in and spoke with a store manager. He refunded the charge and assured me that I was moved out. Today I was charged again for another month, and had to call back again! If i had the ability to give zero starts or negative numbers I would. Went with my brother while he was renting a storage space and their online system was not up to date with what was actually available. Honestly, if that were the case, we should have been told that by the person who called us to set it up. We proceeded to head down to the storage space and took much needed time to set everything up and were told the storage was not available but that there was another one of a lover size available. Would give zero stars if I could. Sad to see how many people also have the same review as me. Don't open a storage unit here unless you want to pay to get robbed. This is long overdue. I reserved a unit online last year around May and was able to complete paperwork and access it same day. I opened a small unit here to keep my belongings because I relocated but planned to return with a year and a half. Do not store your items here! Our unit was broken into 3-4 weeks ago. They drilled through our lock and took our items! No cameras and manger said several units had been broken into recently. They are not telling their customers. The manager said someone walks through daily yet our lock had been drilled off, unit left with no lock, then he said he saw a combo lock on and off of our unit! But no call was ever made! Do not rent here! The unit next to ours was also completely drilled through!

Stay far away from this place. Crooks!! Scam. Wouldn't let me close my account when I wanted to and kept charging me.

I did go through the process with renting but the next day (still hadn't stored anything) I called and cancelled. Process - Fairly easy. It took a bit long. Guy who was working there was nice and courteous and had no problem with him. Very busy as people were in and out during the 30 or so minutes I was in the office. Office had two large TV screens showing camera images of the facility. Costs: Insurance is $14, Admin Fee, taxes and paying for their lock which is supposed to be modern and all but how do they keep getting... read more

Don't use them. I got items stolen multiple times. And the company won't cover much by insurance. Security camera record won't exist. Be careful. This is free for stealing.

Manager Jason is very rude, he is not at all interested in doing business. Don't go with words make sure you have everything written.

Found mice in my storage. I though that facility is well maintained so disappointed! And when I report it to the agent she is so rude and not helpful.
