This place is awesome atleast this one employee that helped me out. Even though i was running late with all my things ready to move in, he assisted me in my paperwork and finding me the perfect size storage! Thank you Beau Agnello!!! YOUR GREATTT!! :-)

Got break-in twice, the 1st time was in June, the front desk called me and gave me a new lock for free, lost several pairs of shoes; the 2nd time was today, I arrived around 21:30 and found out my lock didn't work, so I just pulled it out, and found a new break-in, lost some items, no body answer the phone and I do not have a new lock with me, have to package all the valuable items and leave others, will talk with the front desk tomorrow, what an impressive memory

As some of the customers are saying is true, I've been here for 3 years now and my rent increased 4-5 times already without notice and adding to that my unit was burglarized twice. There's rodents and my unit has candy wrappers all the time, I don't know how. This facility is not safe. I had storage before but these things never happened.

This location of Extra Space Storage has rodents. As a former pest control expert I'm too familiar with a infestation. There are traps along the hallways, multiple areas with rodent droppings on the floors. When it was first discovered in the untit I was renting they allowed me to relocate to a different unit. The problem continued in the next unit also. I never stored food but constantly found droppings on top of boxes and bins in my storage. This occurred in the main building upstairs.

Do not rent here. I rented a unit from Extra Space Storage in September and raised concerns in advance after reading many reviews about rent increases without notice. I was told this would not happen. After only a few months, the rent increased without any prior notification, and I only discovered it at the payment stage. This is exactly what many other customers describe. If you store your belongings here, be aware that pricing can change unilaterally and without clear notice. This is a horrible place. We will definitely be leaving. We had three incidents there. On the first incident, we noticed a completely different lock was on our unit so of course we couldn't get in. They claimed they don't know what happened. Nothing was taken and it didn't look like anyone broke in, however, a completely different lock was on our unit. I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to anyone because they a so terrible with administration.I removed my stuff 03/29 spoke to Hector he verified that my empty from storage.A month later I keep receiving bills after I canceled my contract. I called in today asking why am I still receiving bills and gentleman starts screaming at me and hung up the phone.The staff is so unprofessional stay away from this facility because they are unorganized with administration stuff.This facility should shutdown.

Brought all my childhood toys and collectibles I had collected through the last 30+ years just to have it stolen. Then I moved units and got hit again! The only people that knew what I had were some of the employees. When I lost over $25K, they didn't give a sh*t. This place is beyond horrible. Today I moved out, I called them on the phone to cancel and I told them I had 3 bin covers left in my unit because I couldn't locate the trash, lady told me I had to come down to throw it away myself. This place just kicked me out after raising my monthly fee stating someone broke into storages under my gate code...I know another they did same thing to same day. Now these people who work there let people piggy back each other all day. On-site staff are rude and have no.people skills. Oh and all this happened after they accepted my rent of course smh
