Today I went in to rent a storage unit and I give that location 5 stars. Really helpful and very professional.
Honestly, I don't know why Extra Space is having these negative reviews. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the customer service is fantastic. All employees working here are always more than happy to help me with anything. They always say hi and talk to me while they drive/walk past me and I'm at my unit. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
I love this place. They recently renovated and have cameras in view of every unit. Its been over 2 years since I opened my unit and have never experienced any breakins or security issues. The property feels very safe. The on site manager, Jason, has a good attitude and has been very accommodating to my needs. I attend CSUEB right up the hill and this has worked well as my go between storage space. Thanks. I recommend. G29

This is a very clean, accessible location and we are very delighted. The employees are super courteous and know their jobs ! Totally awesome place !
I have been renting here for 12 months. In 2014 they had a major renovation for security. I use to worry because you could tell where they re-drilled latches because someone took a pry bar to it. Now they have all new metal panelling and locks that look indestructible. I don't worry at all anymore. The staff is great check google reviews of this place 4.8 out of 5 with hundreds of reviews. i just want to say that this extra space storage location was the best i ever seen it was so clean casandra and graham were ausome they toured me on golf cart vehicle that was nice ever where else made me walk all over booooo! and great job on the website extra space u get a video tutorial of actual size it is so easy to make selection on what size u really need so many times u get there and its not the riight size with their website that isnt an issue at all keep up good work lisa g
