Just moved out of my apartment and put everything into a storage unit here. My experience has been great! I talked to them on the phone and for my contract right away. They sent me a detailed email with all the information I will need to know since the office was closed the day that I went. I was very happy with my experience here. The storage space is very clean and kept well and I feel good knowing that my items will be kept safe here. I definitely would recommend anyone to check this place out for storage needs

Ive been a customer here for at least a year. Theyre fantastic. at this location..i am leasing 2 units. A locker size and then the next up. Since covid19-we can no longer fill up our water bottles or,go into the bathroom. Their hours have chained but arent posted

I had a great experience with this location. My move from Phoenix to the Bay Area was sudden and uncertain. They worked with me on prices and what size would be best for me. The location was always clean. Never messy or dirty. My unit was cool and clean as well. I did not experience any break-ins or infestations. They always communicated with me properly and the customer service was fantastic. This place is superb. Its extremely clean and well organized. The staff are awesome and helpful, ask for Dan. They have great prices,hours and locations. They have carpet ,elevators to move/lift your stuff up&down,secure codes for both front gate and the different buildings.

Easy sign up, cheap prices and awesome customer service. I just rented a storage from this location yesterday, I had the greatest person who assisted me getting the right size storage I needed and want. He had the greatest customer service I've ever received from anyone. Thank you Ray for your greatest service, keep it up.

Signing up for a storage unit was easy enough and the prices are very fair for the Bay Area. She was flexible in showing us as many units as we wanted to see and then we got our lock and moved stuff into it in no time.

Extra Space storage in Lake Elsinore is great. The manager is super nice and helpful. Storage facility is very clean and safe. If you need storage you should come here and first month was free!!!
