Since August of 2022 that I've had this ES Storage, the staff have been more than accommodating and friendly. I gave a review last year for a Gaby and Raul who helped me out last year when I signed for a storage. I'm giving another one this year for an assistance on the phone with Hala, one of the managers in Irvine location. She was friendly, helpful, and tried to accommodate my immediate need. I have not met her yet but she is a great staff asset to ES Storage. Thank you!
Business response:
Thank you for the review, Riza! We pride ourselves on having a friendly, accommodating staff and are so happy they were able to assist you! Don't hesitate to reach out at 888-STORAGE if you need anything!
Clean storage unit. Easily accessible. Staff is available and always very accommodating and nice. I've rented a space for over a year and never had any issues. Raul went over and beyond to help me the other day. If you have a semi truck bringing your things, I'd recommend renting a unit near the front.
Great service . I got assisted as expected. Well done and keep it up Hala!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone !!!
Big thanks to the team at the Irvine on Research Dr. facility! Halal and Raul gave amazing customer service and provided a great experience when I needed help with a new lock change. Something that would have normally been a headache turned out to be smooth and easy. Thanks for help, this team is awesome! :)
Made a reservation on line and went in to meet rep Hala:) she explained everything so quickly and efficiently showed me my unit and I was out the door. Couldn't ask for more
Business response:

This facility is clean and safe. All of the office personnel are pleasant and helpful. We were here for three years and never had a negative experience. Highly recommend this location.

What a pleasant experience! :) my husband and I were looking for our first public storage ever and we were pleasantly surprised how accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly front office was. Hala was willing to find solutions for us plus we have the same initials so that is Universe talking that we must store our things there hehe ;). The place is clean, very secure and close to our new place. We will see how it will play out with months to come but so far so good!
Business response:

My move in with Brad was very smooth. He showed me the 2 units that were available in my size request, and let me choose. He also thoroughly explained everything with the property etc. Thank you for the professional service Brad, I appreciate it!
Brad is great!! So very helpful!! And Hala greeted me with a big smile! Both employees so very nice
