They provided the fastest response I have ever received from a warranty company contractor. I was notified within 4 hours that my service would take place the following morning. The plumber completely fixed the issue within an hour and offered helpful tips to avoid future concerns. A+ in my opinion.

I had a problem with my Water Softner so I put in a claim. Landmark didn't have a contractor in the area, so they allowed me to pick my own. This took some time and energy on my part, but I found a contractor. Contractor came out, diagnosed the problem, and Landmark cut me a check for the covered amount per the contract. I recieved the check after 1 week. Process was pretty simple and painless, minus having to find my own contractor.

After researching several home warranty companies when we purchased our new home we felt like Landmark had the best reviews and so far we're very happy with our choice. About a month after moving in our hot water went out. We contacted Landmark who found a company to complete the service. I was worried it would take a while off going back and forth between the companies to approve the fixes, however, we were able to receive our new water heater during the same initial visit without any hassle!
