After receiving a quote on a replacement washing machine, I had to contact Landmark because it wasn't an accurate comparison. I had a front loader and they wanted to replace it with a top loader. They were very nice and accommodating in getting a new quote which met with my approval.

Responsive, sends licensed contractors. I have them for my own home and 4 rental properties.
