My oven had a problem with the coil, so I called them, and they arranged to have a local technician come over. He was here the next day, assessed the situation, and the following day they had the replacement part installed. All of them have been good! They've been very responsive when I've asked for assistance. I'm generally happy with them.
Customer service over the phone was excellent. The person that helped me did a wonderful job just making sure that everything was right and covered. She then got the plumber, they gave me his information, we got in touch and it all went well. She then followed up with me to make sure that it all went well. I have no complains whatsoever.
They referred someone very quickly when our air-conditioner was failing, Plus, they were good. Their representatives responded to us right away.
The service was purchased for us when we bought our home. Recently my air conditioner went out and I used home warranty to get it corrected. They came out right away and corrected the issue really quick. They've helped out quite a bit.
Limited contractors in my area. Lansmark does automatic draft but it takes an act of Congress to receive your services. They want you to do all the work but they are your home warranty
I've used it about six times. A couple of times it was for the refrigerator, but we also had some plumbing issues and something with the water heater. I have been happy, they are very alert and have a good response. They've taken care of any issue I've had.
Our realtor recommended it for us. So far they have been very quick and prompt when it comes to scheduling the workers and giving us status updates. Recently our air conditioning went out and they were very prompt about finding someone to fix it. In general it's a pretty comprehensive warranty.
What really made us choose Landmark Home Warranty was their price. Plus, I had heard they were good. So far, we haven't had a problem with them. They've always offered a good customer support. They're prompt, and always offered a good service, I highly recommend them.
We've used mainly for our swimming pool and we've got a very good response from them so far.
