We wanted to schedule some test services, so I reached out to them and told them what I wanted to do, and I they found the nearest company for us. That company then reached out to us, we didn't have to call them to schedule anything. Landmark has just really great about communicating with us throughout the whole process. They even call afterwards to make sure that everything went really well, so I'm satisfied with their customer support.
Everything has been going perfectly well. There was one time that I sent an email request, and nobody got back to me, however, they did answer when I called. Overall, it's worked out very well for us.
Customer service has always been good. When my furnace was acting up they came out and checked it the very next day.
Every claim I've had with them has been really easy to process and everything is super transparent. On a Saturday I noticed that my air-conditioner wasn't working, so I put in a claim on Saturday night and on Sunday the technician was out there fixing it. He did the diagnosis and fixing in less than 24 hours. It works as advertised and I got exactly what I expected. I like it. We have a claim being fixed today, a leak in the bathroom that extended to the floors and stuff, so we're getting it fixed in an hour or so tonight. The shaft bell, the one that goes down in the tank of the toilet, somehow caused a leak that almost destroyed our vanity. We've also have dry wall, so the moisture got underneath the floors. The service works.
They're quick to answer the phone and schedule and appointment. They are very helpful, though there was a time when I was having problems with an appliance and they kept sending different people. They all disagreed on what the actual problem was.
They seem to take care of business pretty quickly. We have used the warranty in the last couple of days, but nothing has been done yet so...
The service is awesome, excellent. I've needed it for some plumbing work so I called them and they took care of it. They said 'this person is goanna be helping you, give them 2-3 business days.' It didn't take them that long and they came the next day and fixed it. They then called to check how the service went.
The representatives have been very helpful. In our first week here, our bathtub leaked everywhere, and they were quick to respond.
