They were regionally-based, not nationally-based, and at the time 5 years ago they were small, so I thought that they would be able to provide better service. I'm currently using them for my refrigerator so I'm in the process of getting my refrigerator being fixed. Specifically the customer support has always been very helpful and professional, courteous. They're fair to their customers. They're very good.

The main reason we purchased Landmark Home Warranty was because they covered a rekeying on a new home that we bought. They were very nice people, and I was really pleased with the service.

They've been excellent. They've come out and inspected my heating system, this is the second year I've done that. Last year it also needed some parts and it all went smoothly. I was very pleased with the service they gave me. They're very easy to work with and very quick to get somebody out to your house.

Customer support has been pretty great. Since we moved into this house, I think we've had probably 6 to 8 appliances or other things go wrong in the house. We just call up and they help us sort through the problem, get someone out here to take a look at it and diagnose the problem. I only had one instance where it wasn't amazing. Sometimes there may be a long process before something is fixed or repaired, but it is certain that something will get done eventually. Sometimes there's just a lot to be approved before that.

Did not keep good notes on our first claim. Several calls or emails from different people that did t know what was going on.
