I've worked for them before and they're very efficient. They're incredibly courteous, professional, and they get things done in a timely manner. Every time I've had to use it, it's always simple. I just tell them what's wrong, pay my service fee, and it's done.
I've had a pretty good experience. I had a dishwasher issue, so I called them and they resolved it very quickly. They are very responsive to my phone calls, and the whole claim process goes smoothly.
My realtor picked it out for the house that I was buying. They set up for someone in town to address my issue. That local person then contacts me quickly and resolves my issue and the resolution is usually good. I had an air conditioner actually stop working and I contacted them. A local person came on the day they said they would, they looked over the problem, and it was all covered under the warranty. They are always very professional, helpful, and very prompt, especially compared to other companies with similar services. We had them come a couple of times for plumbing issues, water back up, and they responded promptly and took care of business. With the most recent issue that we had, they responded on the same day and were able to fix it and determine that it would all be fine. They told me there was no further damage or issues. There's nothing they were not able to take care of.
The interactions I've had with them has been positive, and they have been able to take care of all the issues and have done their job really quickly. I had to put in a request on Monday and they responded really quickly. For some reason when I called the contractor I lost my request somewhere, so I had to call Landmark and they looked into it. They fixed that situation quickly too. So far, I've had great service.
I had my real estate license for a while, and I had set the service up other times, so when it came to buying my own home I chose Landmark. There's really not enough time for me to try and tell you all the good things about it, but it's just been pleasant. Everybody works hard and diligently to answer our every question and fulfill all our needs. The service was part of the agreement when we bought our home. We've never had any problems with them. Anything we've called about has been dealt with quickly and easy. It has been nice not to have tot worry about finding a technician or having the issue drawn out. Just a couple of weeks ago we had a toilet break and spray water everywhere. We called them and we had someone out the very next day who got it fixed. It was all done within two days. We have no reason to complain about it.
We have used Landmark Home Warranty on two separate occasions when purchasing a new home. Both times, we had someone call us to go over what the warranty covers and offer to come out to re-key or to refer us to a security system company for a discounted rate. Although we have never had to submit a warranty claim, our interaction with them has always been positive.
I really love their service and who they are. Every time I call them, they set me up with somebody that gets out here and gets me what I need right away. They do an excellent job.
