I've used it about 2 times so far. Once for my oven which wasn't working and the other one for my garbage disposal. They showed up very quickly and fixed it right away. I still had to pay them the service cost which was $70 for each visit. I do wish that the window of time between your call and when they come was shorter. Having the technician here within a few hours would be better.
Good service people who completed the repairs in a timely manner. But needs to answer phone and cut down the time waiting to speak to a bkaimsmanaget.
We recently bought a 21 year old house, and soon after taking possession ran into problems. The quickly assessed the situation, and in each case, we resolved the problem quickly and without significant hassle. I am very glad that our realtor recommended we partner with Landmark!

Great that its one stop shop, but value for money is not very high, I'll say moderate. Plus, not everything is covered for the price.

Customer service always answers all my questions. When our washing machine flooded, all I had to do is call them and they helped me out on that day. They recommended a drying company and it was taken care of. The warranty covers just about everything you'd expect it to. At the end of our one year warranty we decided to renew it.
So far it has been very good. The air-conditioner was making a lot of noise once and it was resolved fairly well. We also had our furnace serviced and that went well.
