My realtor recommended this to us, so we went with it. They have been really responsive, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I have a question they are very responsive and they always make sure that the contractor gets in touch with me. I've had really good experiences so far.

Customer service is very prompt to answer my calls and contacting the vendors. Plus. they always get back to me the same day. They just seemed very efficient, and always told me upfront how much it was going to cost, and what was going to happen. The only thing I don't like is that They're more expensive than other warranty companies out there.
They've fixed my stove, and changed my locks. So far, everything has been good. Plus, their representatives were okay.

I had the house re-keyed when I moved in, and they offered good customer service. Another time, the warranty didn't cover my leaky dishwasher, however, they put me in touch with someone that could fix it. Overall, it's been a positive experience.
When I bought the house, the people that sold it to us had the warranty so I didn't really know what I was getting. Still, they have been easy to work with and every time I put in a request they are quick to respond. They've helped me fix my leaking water heater. So far everything has been smooth, though I think that the $60 fee is pretty steep.
I was under the impression my warranty covered all major appliances but it does not.
The sellers chose it for us when we bought the property. Generally, they follow up well with everything and are very professional. All I have to do is call them and tell them what appliances need to be taken care of. After that, a local technician calls me to make an appointment and they come out and fix things.
