As far as the telephone call center, the service has been good. We had one bad experience, but it wasn't Landmark. It was the provider; they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Besides that, Ii's a reputable company, and they did a good job.
So far they've been very quick, very easy to deal with, and of good quality. With one of my issues I simply made a claim, they called me, and sent someone over within 24 hours. Customer service has been excellent for us.
The first experience we had was pretty good. The fan of my AC unit kept turning off and on, and they sent somebody out to diagnose it and fix it. For the second one they told me they were gonna do some things and they didn't follow through. I still haven't heard back from them, so that wasn't good. There was a different instance when I called them for an emergency and, because of their policy, they couldn't send someone out. It used to be very slow and there was a long wait time, but in the past few months it has been much better and faster. The website is still broken though, I haven't been able to submit a claim online. I had one experience, the most recent one, when our fridge broke. I was able to call Landmark and in less than 5 minutes I got someone on the phone. They opened the claim and had somebody scheduled to come out and repair it. Great customer service. in a timely manner
I used to have them before and, since I had had such a good experience with them in the past, I decided to get it again. When I had issues with my garbage disposal I called them to open a ticket, and they did that promptly. It has given me excellent service and so far it has been a good experience.
I've only had one transaction with them. We had recently bought a house and needed to re-key all the entrance doors. I called customer service to make an appointment and they just did it for me.
Great service all the way around from the Customer service to the subs you send ou I would recommend landmark to anybody that needed them a company like no other keep up the good work people are not used to this kind of service it really stands out thanks so much
My experience with Landmark's customer service has been fantastic! They've always answered my question, and always try to figure out the best solution for me. I understand that there's a lot of clients and customers that pay for this service, but I think it'd be perfect if they were a little quicker.
